✨ Villager Overview: Aladdin

✨ This Villager Overview shifts into something a little more adventurous, focusing on Aladdin. Known for his quick thinking, charm, and street-smart nature, he brings a confident but grounded energy to the Valley that stands out in a really natural way.

From unlocking him in the Dream Castle to his friendship quests, Aladdin’s story leans into trust, growth, and finding where he truly belongs - all while keeping that playful edge that makes him such a likeable character.

๐Ÿ”“ How To Unlock Aladdin
(Click on any image to enlarge)

To unlock Aladdin, you’ll need to open the Aladdin Realm in the Dream Castle using Dreamlight and complete the “Carpet Diem” realm quest, which is the last in a series of six quests in the Aladdin Realm. During this quest, you’ll construct Aladdin and Jasmine’s House, and once it’s built, Aladdin will officially join your Valley. Note: The Aladdin Realm is MASSIVE! You may find yourself getting easily lost, but I absolutely loved completing all of these realm quests!

Aladdin’s home has a really strong visual presence without feeling overwhelming. It leans into that palace-inspired design, and I’ve found it works especially well placed near open areas and pairs nicely with the Agrabah Wall Set (premium shop item).

๐Ÿ“œ Aladdin's Friendship Quests

Aladdin’s quests feel very character-driven. They focus on trust, helping others, and occasionally proving himself - but without feeling overly serious. There’s a nice balance between lighthearted moments and more meaningful interactions. Here are Aladdin’s friendship quests in order:

Level 2: Good As Gold
Level 4: Bring Your Own Carpet
Level 7: All That Glitters
Level 10: Advanced Marketing

There’s a steady progression in his questline that makes it feel rewarding without dragging on. It’s easy to get through, but still engaging enough that it doesn’t feel forgettable.

To increase Aladdin’s friendship level, be sure to have daily conversations with him or give one of his favourite gifts (or two… or three!). To help speed up the process, you can also ask Aladdin to hang out while you complete tasks around the Valley.

๐ŸŽ Aladdin’s Friendship Rewards

Aladdin’s rewards lean into a rich, vibrant aesthetic, pulling from Agrabah-inspired designs. There’s a good range of decorative pieces and character-inspired items that feel a little more bold compared to some of the softer furniture sets.

Level 2: Tasseled Red Cushion (Furniture item)
Level 3: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 4: 500 Star Coins
Level 5: Desert Bloom Coffee Table (Furniture item)
Level 6: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 7: 1,000 Star Coins
Level 8: Red Nook Window (Furniture item)
Level 9: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 10: Diamond in the Rough Top (Clothing item)

⭐ Completing Aladdin's level 10 friendship quest also unlocks additional rewards. You'll receive three clothing items: Diamond in the Rough Trousers, Diamond in the Rough Loafers, and Diamond in the Rough Vest - and the following furniture items:

- Custom Signpost (set of 2)
- Clay Marketplace Jars (set of 4)
- Marketplace Fruit Baskets (set of 4)
- Marketplace Vessels (set of 4)
- Large Marketplace Chest (and the crafting recipe)
- Small Marketplace Chest (and the crafting recipe)
- Aladdin's Gem Stall

The following rewards are also unlocked by completing Aladdin’s friendship quests, rather than simply reaching each level:

⭐ Level 4: Dreamlight Magic Carpet (Glider)
⭐ Level 7: Golden Tea Set (Furniture item)

You’ll find these quest-locked rewards highlighted in the images below (click to enlarge).

๐Ÿงบ Aladdin’s Gem Stall

Aladdin’s Gem Stall is unlocked during his level 10 friendship quest and introduces a new way to collect gems without needing to mine them yourself.

The stall offers a selection of three gems that rotate daily, with only limited quantities available. Once upgraded, it expands to include six slots, giving you a bit more variety when checking in each day.

It’s one of those features that becomes more useful over time, especially if you’re working through crafting, quests, or just want a more consistent way to gather specific gems without relying entirely on mining routes. Sometimes it helps to randomly have that one gem you need, and it just so happens to be available at the stall — I love it when that happens.

Once Aladdin’s Gem Stall is
unlocked, it can be placed anywhere in the Valley, and additional versions can also be set up in each DLC area that you have, offering a variety of gems that are unique to the DLC its placed in.

✨ Aladdin has easily been one of my favourite villagers to add to the Valley - definitely sitting somewhere in my top five. He strikes a really good balance between confidence and humility, which makes him feel a lot more grounded compared to some of the bigger personalities.

There’s something about his overall presence that just works. Whether he’s wandering through the Valley or interacting with other villagers, he feels like he belongs there without needing to steal the spotlight.

I also really enjoyed his questline. It never felt repetitive, and there’s enough variety in what you’re doing to keep things interesting the whole way through. And while the Gem Stall is a great addition from a gameplay perspective, it also fits his character surprisingly well - it feels like something he’d naturally set up.

If you’re looking to unlock Jasmine as well, you can check out her Villager Overview here.

That wraps up this Villager Overview - thanks so much for reading! Aladdin has now been added to the Villager Overview hub, and I’ll be looking to add more characters to the collection soon, with Jafar coming next!

✨ Cooking Recipes From Eternity Isle | Desserts: Part 3

✨ And just like that, the Eternity Isle dessert collection is complete. This final set of 13 recipes wraps up not only the dessert category, but the entire cooking catalogue for Eternity Isle - which makes this post feel a little more special than the rest. It’s been a slow build getting here, but seeing everything come together across appetizers, entrรฉes, and now desserts has been incredibly satisfying.

This last group was a really nice mix to close things out with. There’s a strong focus on fruit-based desserts like Strawberry Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, and Spiky Berry Pie, alongside lighter or more unique options like Sweet Tofu and Taiyaki. The addition of the sugar-free muffins is also a nice touch - they’re simple, but they help round out the collection and give a bit more variety when it comes to everyday cooking.

I’ve definitely enjoyed working through the dessert category the most. Compared to the other courses, desserts feel a bit more expressive - the colours, more variety in presentation, and a lot more flexibility when it comes to how you display them in builds. Recipes like Vanilla Macarons, Stuffed Dates, and Sweet Popcorn are perfect examples of that - simple to place, but they add a lot of character to a space.

Reaching the end of this catalogue also gives a better appreciation for how much was included in Eternity Isle from the beginning. Even though I’ve worked through these gradually, having everything documented now makes it feel complete - not just as a checklist, but as something you can actually browse, revisit, and use for inspiration.

๐Ÿฐ How to Cook These Recipes
(Click on any image to enlarge)

These recipes continue to use a mix of ingredients from both Eternity Isle and the main Valley, combining everyday staples with a few Isle-specific items.

In addition to the images above, you can find a full breakdown of each recipe featured in this entry below, including ingredients, star ratings, energy values, and Star Coin sell prices. The Energy and Star Coin values may be higher depending on the ingredients used, particularly when substituting generic items or adding extra ingredients. The values listed are the baseline.

With this post, the Eternity Isle cooking catalogue is now complete - which is a really nice milestone to reach. I’m not entirely sure which cooking collection I’ll focus on next just yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to working through more recipes (and especially more desserts) soon.

Thanks for joining me in the Eternity Isle cooking series ๐ŸŒฟ It’s been such a fun process building this out, and I’m excited to keep expanding the collection further.

✨ Redemption Code: Sycamore Tree

✨ Don’t forget to redeem the “EARTHDAY2026” code to unlock the Sycamore Tree furniture item in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It’s such a peaceful little addition, and it feels right at home in the Valley with its soft, natural look. Gently themed to Winnie the Pooh, it brings to mind his storybook world, making it feel especially nostalgic.

The Sycamore Tree leans into that calm, woodland aesthetic, and it’s the kind of item that quietly transforms a space without needing to stand out too much. It’s quite a large tree, and I love placing pieces like this in more tucked-away areas, where they can add to that relaxed feeling - especially with a seating bench and flowerbed just below it. Even though it’s a simple decoration, it carries that cozy charm that makes decorating in the Valley feel so personal.

If you find yourself wanting to use more than one, additional Sycamore Trees can also be purchased from Scrooge’s store for 8,000 Star Coins, which makes it a really nice option for building out a full woodland area and mixing it in with the existing tree options from the game ๐ŸŒฟ

✨ The Grand Exhibition: Dazzle Beach Guide

✨ Today’s entry is all about the Dazzle Beach exhibit, part of Olaf’s Grand Exhibition in Disney Dreamlight Valley - a space that lets you showcase your progress in a more visual and rewarding way.

With each biome bringing its own set of collections, the Exhibition continues to feel like a cozy extension of the Valley itself. In this guide, I’ll walk through the Dazzle Beach exhibit, how to complete each display, and what you’ll unlock along the way.

What is Olaf’s Grand Exhibition?
(Click on any image to enlarge)

The Grand Exhibition is a hub where you can display items you’ve collected throughout your Valley. Each biome has its own dedicated exhibit room, designed to highlight your progress across different categories.

At launch, two rooms are available: Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach. Each room follows a similar structure, making it easy to understand while still rewarding to complete.

Dazzle Beach Exhibit Overview

The Dazzle Beach exhibit is split into three main sections: the Aquarium, Diorama and Habitat. Each section contains two stages, gradually building out the full display.

๐ŸŸ Aquarium (Gems & Fish)

To complete the Aquarium:

Step 1: Collect all gems found in Dazzle Beach
(Peridot, Shiny Peridot, Onyx, Aquamarine, Shiny Aquamarine)

Step 2: Collect all fish / seafood available in the biome
(Cod, Fugu, Herring, Kingfish, Swordfish, Shrimp, Clam, Scallop, Oyster)

All required gems and fish/seafood are also highlighted in the image below.

๐ŸŒบ Diorama (Flowers & Blueprints)

The Diorama has a slightly different structure:

Step 1: Collect all flowers from Dazzle Beach
(Blue Hydrangea, Pink Hydrangea, Purple Hydrangea, White & Red Hydrangea, Sunflower)

Step 2: Complete multiple blueprint builds using gathered materials
(See image below for full list)

This is one of the more involved sections of the exhibit, requiring you to gather a variety of resources to complete a set of diorama displays. All required flowers and materials are highlighted in the image below.

๐Ÿข Habitat (Food & Companions)

To complete the Habitat:

Step 1: Collect all food items tied to Dazzle Beach
(Banana, Blueberry, Coconut, Corn, Tomato, Sugarcane)

Step 2: Unlock all sea turtle companions from this biome
(Black Sea Turtle, Brown Sea Turtle, Classic Sea Turtle, Purple Sea Turtle, White Sea Turtle)

All required food and companions are highlighted in the image below. Before you can add the companions to the exhibit, you'll need to make sure they’ve been unlocked in your collection.

Rewards

Each section of the exhibit rewards you as you progress - and the rewards make all the hard work worth it in my opinion. You’ll also earn an additional reward once all three displays are completed.

Aquarium Reward: Dazzle Beach Aquarium
Diorama Reward: Set of 4 Dazzle Beach Dioramas
Habitat Reward: Dazzle Beach Companion Home

Exhibit Room Completion Reward: Dazzle Beach Button-Up

From ocean-inspired pieces to soft coastal details, the Dazzle Beach exhibit leans into that relaxed, beachside feel while still giving you a satisfying sense of progress as everything comes together.

Olaf’s Grand Exhibition continues to feel like a really thoughtful addition to the Valley. It’s been nice having a reason to collect a large number of resources for a new purpose.

If you haven’t explored it yet, you can also check out the Peaceful Meadow exhibit guide here for a full walkthrough of the first room.

I’ll keep updating these as more exhibits become available in future updates - thanks for reading, and I’ll catch you in the next journal entry.

✨ Villager Overview: Pocahontas

✨ This Villager Overview takes a more peaceful path, focusing on Pocahontas - the Valley's newest character. With her strong connection to nature and quiet sense of wisdom, she brings a calm, reflective energy to the Valley that feels both grounding and refreshing.

From unlocking her through Moana’s questline to progressing through her friendship quests, Pocahontas’s story leans into balance, understanding, and seeing the world from a different perspective - something that comes through beautifully in her presence around the Valley.

๐Ÿ”“ How To Unlock Pocahontas
(Click on any image to enlarge)

To unlock Pocahontas, you’ll need to complete the “Whispers In the Wind” friendship quest, given by Moana. For this quest to start, you’ll need to have both Dazzle Beach and the Forest of Valor biomes unlocked. The quest begins once you discover Glowing Algae along Dazzle Beach, eventually leading you to Moontide Island, where you’ll first encounter Pocahontas. After placing and building Pocahontas’s Yehakin in the Valley, she’ll be officially unlocked and added to your collection.

Pocahontas’s home has a very natural, understated design that blends beautifully into forested or riverside areas. It doesn’t demand attention, but instead complements its surroundings in a way that feels intentional and true to her character.

๐Ÿ“œ Pocahontas's Friendship Quests

Pocahontas’s quests focus on connection - not just with other villagers, but with the environment around you. They tend to feel slower and more thoughtful, encouraging you to pay attention to details you might otherwise overlook.

Here are Pocahontas’s friendship quests in order:

Level 2: The Three Sisters Garden
Level 4: Working Together
Level 7: A Little Algae Problem
Level 10: A Raccoon's Return

There’s a gentle rhythm to her questline that sets it apart. It’s less about rushing through objectives and more about taking your time, which makes it feel quite different from some of the more fast-paced storylines.

As with other villagers, you can increase Pocahontas’s friendship level by having daily conversations, giving favourite gifts, completing quests, or asking Pocahontas to hang out while you complete tasks around the Valley.

๐ŸŽ Pocahontas’s Friendship Rewards

Pocahontas’s rewards lean into earthy tones and nature-inspired designs, with pieces that feel soft, organic, and easy to work into outdoor builds. There’s a simplicity to them, but in a way that feels very intentional.

Level 2: Powhatan Canoe (Furniture item)
Level 3: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 4: 500 Star Coins
Level 5: Storyteller's Fire (Furniture item)
Level 6: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 7: 1,000 Star Coins
Level 8: Chair of the Chieftain (Furniture item)
Level 9: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 10: Beaded Earrings (Clothing item; unlocks after completing her level 10 friendship quest)

⭐ Completing Pocahontas’s level 10 friendship quest also unlocks eight additional rewards. You’ll receive four clothing items: Tan Embroidered Jacket, Embroidered Jeans, Glowing Necklace, and Embroidered Mukluks - three furniture items: Moontide Glow Banner, Moontide Glow Lamppost (set of 4) and Moontide Glow Waves. You'll also unlock a new companion: Meeko!

The following rewards are also unlocked by completing Pocahontas’s friendship quests, rather than simply reaching each level:

⭐ Level 2: Powhatan Picnic (Furniture item)
⭐ Level 4: Imperfect Bouquet (Furniture item) and Moontide Glow Stage (Furniture item)

You’ll find these quest-locked rewards highlighted in the images below (click to enlarge).

✨ Pocahontas has been one of the more calming additions to the Valley. She doesn’t demand attention, but her presence is felt in a quieter way - especially when you notice her walking through more natural areas or standing near the water. There’s something really refreshing about her overall design and animation style. It all feels very fluid and intentional, and it suits her character perfectly.

I also found her quests to be a nice change of pace. They’re not overly complicated, but they do encourage you to slow down a little, which I actually appreciated more than I expected.

I loved Pocahontas’s furniture items - whether they came from her friendship rewards, Scrooge’s Store, or even the Premium Shop. Using them in my builds came together really nicely, and I especially enjoyed mixing some of the pieces into existing garden areas. If you haven't already, you can watch my video on some of the Pocahontas furniture here.

If you’re someone who enjoys building more natural or nature-focused areas, Pocahontas fits into those spaces effortlessly.

That wraps up this Villager Overview - thanks so much for reading! Pocahontas has now been added to the Villager Overview hub, and I’ll continue building out the collection with more characters soon.

✨ Cooking Recipes From Eternity Isle | Desserts: Part 2

✨ This second set of Eternity Isle dessert recipes brings together another 14 dishes, and I think this batch has a slightly different feel compared to the first. There’s still plenty of sweetness here, but it leans more into variety - from traditional-style pastries and cultural desserts to lighter snacks and playful treats that don’t take themselves too seriously.

What stood out to me most is how globally inspired this group feels. Recipes like Kanelbulle, Kouign-Amann, Maamouls, Makrout, and Mooncake all bring a different style to the table, and it’s nice seeing that reflected in the Valley’s cooking system. At the same time, you’ve got simpler or more familiar options like Popcorn, Raspberry Jam Sandwich, and Pineapple Soft Serve, which feel a bit more casual but still add a lot visually when styled into a setup.

I also really liked how this set plays with contrast. You’ve got rich, detailed desserts like Pear Upside-Down Cake and Nestling Crepe, sitting alongside the Melon Boba Tea and one of the most unusual entries... Gourmet Grubs - might leave that one for Timon and Pumbaa. It keeps the whole lineup from feeling too similar, which makes building dessert tables or themed areas a lot more interesting.

Another thing I’ve noticed while working through the dessert category is how flexible these recipes are for decorating. Compared to entrรฉes, desserts feel a bit more expressive, giving more freedom to mix and match without everything needing to feel structured. This set definitely leans into that, especially when everything is displayed together.

๐Ÿฐ How to Cook These Recipes
(Click on any image to enlarge)

These recipes use a mix of ingredients from both Eternity Isle and the main Valley, combining everyday staples with a handful of Isle-specific items. Most if not all of these are quick to put together, while others take a bit more effort depending on what you have stocked - for me that recipe was the Gourmet Grubs. Thankfully having things like milk, eggs and butter stocked up in storage made cooking these recipes fairly quick.

In addition to the images above, you can find a full breakdown of each recipe featured in this entry below, including ingredients, star ratings, energy values, and Star Coin sell prices. The Energy and Star Coin values may vary depending on the ingredients used - especially when recipes allow for generic items like “Any Fruit” or when extra ingredients are added.

This is part two of the Eternity Isle dessert collection, with one final set still to come. I’m looking forward to wrapping this section up soon and seeing the full Eternity Isle dessert catalogue come together.

If you’d like to explore more, you can also check out all of my existing Eternity Isle recipe posts here to keep building out your collection.

Thanks for joining me in today’s cooking journal entry ๐ŸŒฟ Dessert posts have definitely become a highlight for me, and I’m excited to finish off the final set soon.
