To unlock Joy, you’ll need to open the Inside Out Realm, which can be found in the Dream Castle, and complete the ‘Dream On!’ realm quest. As part of finishing this quest, Emotions Headquarters will need to be constructed. Once construction is complete, Joy will arrive in the Valley and be added to your character collection.
Joy’s home is Emotions Headquarters, inspired by the vibrant control centre from Inside Out. Once constructed during her unlock quest, this location becomes Joy’s base in the Valley, reflecting her upbeat personality while keeping the Emotions theme at the core of its design.
📜 Complete Joy Friendship Quest List
Joy’s friendship quests focus on imagination, emotional balance, and spreading positivity throughout the Valley. As you level up her friendship through conversations, gifts, and quests, you’ll unlock themed rewards and experience story moments inspired by her role in Inside Out.
To boost Joy’s friendship level, as with all characters you’re looking to level up quickly: give her favourite gifts (up to three per day, which reset daily), speak with her daily, and hang out together while exploring or completing tasks.
