These festive hot cocoa meals aren’t just new recipes for the collection - you’ll need them to progress through parts of the puzzles on the floating island and unlock rewards along the way.
Festive Hot Cocoa Recipes
There are three festive-themed recipes available during the event:
Festive Blueberry Hot Cocoa
Festive Cherry Hot Cocoa
Festive Mint Hot Cocoa
All three recipes require a special ingredient: the Festive Cocoa Bean. While it looks identical to the regular Cocoa Bean found in the Valley, it is a separate, event-exclusive ingredient. The Festive Cocoa Bean can only be found on the Winter Floating Festival’s floating island, so be sure to stock up while the event is active.
How to Unlock the Recipes
To unlock the festive hot cocoa recipes, you’ll need to explore the floating island to locate red chests scattered throughout the event area. Each chest contains one of the hot cocoa recipes, gradually expanding your cooking options as you progress through the festival.
Once unlocked, these recipes will appear in your cooking collection menu and can be prepared like any other meal, provided you have the required ingredients.
