This batch of 12 dishes feels like a fitting close to the entrée section - bringing together a mix of bold flavours, comforting staples, and a few recipes that really stand out visually. It’s the kind of collection that feels satisfying not just to cook, but to finally see come together as part of a much bigger catalogue.
What stood out to me most here is how varied this final group feels. You’ve got dishes like Schnitzel, Turkey Leg, and Tourtière that lean into that hearty, traditional comfort-food space, alongside recipes like Yakisoba and Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry that add a bit of colour and movement to the lineup. Then there are the more unique additions - Turnip Tartiflette (and its vegetarian version), or even something as simple as Tofu - which help round out the collection in a way that makes the menu feel complete.
There’s also a nice mix of effort levels in this set. Some meals feel quick and easy - perfect for everyday cooking - while others feel a bit more involved, like something you’d prepare for a proper sit-down meal in the Valley. That balance is something I’ve really come to appreciate while working through the Eternity Isle recipes, especially across the entrée category as a whole.

Even though I’ve been working through these gradually, reaching this point makes it feel like the full cooking catalogue is finally coming together piece by piece. My faves from this set have to be the Schnitzel, Sesame Seed Bagel and Shish Taouk!
