✨ Villager Overview: Tramp

My next Villager Overview focuses on Tramp from Lady and the Tramp. Known for his carefree attitude and street-smart charm, Tramp brings a more easygoing, adventurous energy to the Valley - and it’s a really nice change of pace. From unlocking him in the Dream Castle to progressing through his friendship quests, Tramp’s storyline leans into independence, exploration, and a bit of playful mischief along the way.

๐Ÿ”“ How To Unlock Tramp
(Click on any image to enlarge)

To unlock Tramp, you’ll need to open the Lady and the Tramp Realm inside the Dream Castle using Dreamlight. Once inside, you’ll begin the realm questline, where you’ll encounter Tramp and help him navigate a series of tasks, as with all realm quests. This includes helping him set up a date and recreate the iconic dining scene from Lady and the Tramp.

To officially unlock Tramp, you’ll need to complete the “Meatballs” realm quest, which is the third of four quests in the Lady and the Tramp Realm. During this quest, you’ll place "Lady and Tramp’s House" in the Valley - and once constructed, he becomes part of your villager collection.

Tramp lives with Lady in Lady and Tramp’s House - the design leans into that cozy, slightly rustic aesthetic - and it suits both characters really well without feeling overdesigned. The size of this house is noticeably smaller than most other villager homes, which feels fitting given the size of both Lady and Tramp.

๐Ÿ“œ Complete Tramp Friendship Quest List

Tramp’s quests feel a bit more relaxed and spontaneous compared to other villagers. They lean into his wandering personality - helping out where he can, getting involved in different situations around the Valley, and occasionally doing things his own way.

Here are Tramp’s friendship quests in order:

Level 2: Not Your Average Squeaky Toy
Level 4: Cleanliness Is Next to Dogliness
Level 7: And How Did That Make You Feel?
Level 10: Canine Archaeology

These quests include a nice mix of lighter, more casual tasks alongside moments where Tramp connects with other villagers, and they don’t feel overly structured. Each quest also unlocks a new furniture item, along with a fence crafting recipe.

As with all villagers, you can increase Tramp’s friendship level through daily conversations, giving favourite gifts, or asking him to hang out while completing tasks around the Valley.

๐ŸŽ Tramp’s Friendship Rewards

Tramp’s rewards lean into a more rustic, casual aesthetic - with a mix of cozy pieces and character-inspired items that reflect his laid-back personality. They pair really nicely with the broader Lady and the Tramp furniture set, and my favourite of his rewards has to be the Antique Fire Hydrant - I love these smaller items that you can easily blend into existing builds, especially placing them along the edges of roads throughout the Valley.

Level 2: Antique Fire Hydrant (Furniture item)
Level 3: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 4: 500 Star Coins
Level 5: Tramp Barrel Bed (Furniture item)
Level 6: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 7: 1,000 Star Coins
Level 8: Dogcatcher's Wagon (Furniture item)
Level 9: Design Motif (Customisable)
Level 10: Tramp Button-Down and Trousers (Clothing item; unlocks after completing his level 10 friendship quest)

⭐ Completing Tramp’s level 10 friendship quest also unlocks five additional rewards. You’ll receive four clothing items - Scruffy Cap, Tramp Shoes, Charming Tramp Goatee, and Charming Tramp Moustache (the last two can be found under “Facial Hair” in your wardrobe) - and one furniture item: the Golden Lady and Tramp Statue.

New to this entry are the additional rewards tied directly to completing Tramp’s friendship quests, rather than simply reaching each level.

⭐Level 2: Edwardian Dog Toy (Furniture item) and Elegant White Fence (Furniture item - includes 50 pieces along with the crafting recipe)
⭐Level 4: Edwardian Dog Bath (Furniture item)
⭐Level 7: Zoo Fountain (Furniture item)

You can also find these rewards highlighted in the images below (click to enlarge).

✨ Personally, Tramp has been a really fun addition to the Valley. He brings a completely different kind of energy compared to Lady - a bit more carefree, a little unpredictable, but still incredibly likeable. I also loved the range of rewards received from both increasing his friendship level and completing his quests - he’s quickly become one of my favourites in the game… easily in my top five.

If you watch his animations, he’s genuinely charming - one moment he’s lying stretched out on the ground, and the next he’s scurrying off. He fits into the Valley so naturally by doing his own thing and occasionally crossing paths with everyone else.

I also really like how his presence balances out Lady’s softer personality. Together, they add a bit more variety to the Valley’s overall vibe, and their shared home helps tie that whole space together nicely. If you haven’t yet, you can also check out Lady’s Villager Overview here to see how the two compare in the Valley

That wraps up this Villager Overview - thanks so much for reading! Tramp has now been added to the Villager Overview hub, and I’ll continue building out the collection with more characters soon.
